Registration Opens November 1, 2024
Adult Early Registration: $400 (17 and up) (Nov. 1-Dec. 31, 2024)
Adult Regular Registration: $500 (17 and up) (On sale Jan. 1, 2025)
Teen Registration: $210 (ages 13-16)
Youth Registration: $180 (ages 9-12)
Kids Registration: $75 (ages 4-8)
Wee Ones: (ages 1-3) FREE
Please read our cancellation policy so you will know what to expect in the event that you need to cancel coming to the event.
Don't have access to credit cards or prefer to mail us a certified money order or cashier's check? Contact us and we will work something out.
Refund Policy
New Refund, Rollover, Transfer and Cancellation information for 2025. PLEASE READ!
For all refunds, rollovers, and transfers, we must be notified via email.
Refunds: Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the event. There's a $50 administration fee for each ticket for refunds. Refunds can be obtained by contacting the office VIA EMAIL (required) at least 30 days prior to the start of the event. Feel free to call us, but we need to have the request via email also.
Transfers: Your registration can be transferred to another person up to 30 days before the event begins (Jan. 16 2025). There is a $50 fee for each transferred ticket. For a transfer, you must contact us BY EMAIL 30 days prior to the start of the event.
Rollovers: Arrangements can be made to roll over the tuition to the following year's event from when registration opens until 15 days before the event begins (Feb. 1, 2025) There's a $35 administration fee for each rollover ticket that will be paid at the time of registration the following year. After that, Feb. 2- Feb. 15, you can no longer receive a rollover but you will be given 50% of your registration amount to be applied to the following year event. You must request this by email before the beginning of the event!
No rollovers, refunds, or transfers after the event begins.
Cancellation due
to weather or anything else....
Extreme weather conditions are becoming more of a concern. If catastrophic conditions require us to close the camp during an event, refunds will not be available. If the Winter Count Primitive Skills conference is cancelled before the beginning date (Feb. 16, 2025) due to weather or any other reason, a credit of 50% of your registration amount will be forwarded to the following years conference.
There are trip insurance options available through brokers that provide a policy to cover such an occurrence.
