Cancellations and Transfers

New Cancellation and Transfer  information for 2025. PLEASE READ!

For all cancellations and transfers, we must be notified via email.

 

Cancellations: Refunds, minus a $75 administration fee per adult registration, are available up to 30 days prior to the event. Refunds can be obtained by contacting the office VIA EMAIL (required) at least 30 days prior to the start of the event. Feel free to call us, but we need to have the request via email also.

Transfers: Your registration can be transferred to another person up to 15 days (February 1, 2025) before the event begins (February 16, 2025). There is a $50 fee for each transferred registration. For a transfer, you must contact us BY EMAIL 15 days prior to the start of the event.

Rollovers: We will no longer be allowing registrations to be rolled over from one year to the next. Rollovers from Winter Count 2024 will be honored for Winter Count 2025.
